Shipping and Return Policy

  • Shipping Policy / Layout and Printing: 1 to 7 Business Days (May take more depending on quantity and arrangements made)
  • Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA): 2 to 7 days after shipping

*Can be faster or earlier depending on the availability of the product, weather and courier. Nonetheless, we will do our best to make it fast.

*We will contact you on your provided information (email or cellphone number) for your Tracking Code.

If you received an item that is of low quality (pale colors, wrong details) we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours. Our store do not accept Returns or Exchanges due to change of mind.

We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria: Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. Parcels that is lost in transit.

We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s). We will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

If you have other concerns, please contact our Customer Service via email admin@stainart.net or visit our Contact Us page. RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES: We will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender.

Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses otherwise, the package will not be delivered. Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repack, re- label, and reship them however you need to understand that doing so requires an additional cost. Processing and shipping cost is costly…so please be careful on the information that you provide.

If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake. Cancellation Policy Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement.

Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason.

Please note that our Standard Shipping are posted hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order. All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account or other available channels.
